# PLENUM · Cinematic blockchain concept

> A design concept by Spectralmoon Studio, not a real token: an invented coin for shared computing. People lend the graphics cards of their resting computers, creators render films and 3D worlds on them, and every finished frame keeps the names of the machines that lit it, like the end credits of a film. Nothing on the site can be bought; every name, film and number on it is invented.

## How it works, in five steps
1. Your computer rests: while you are away it lends its graphics card; you choose the hours and can pause at any time.
2. A creator orders a shot: they describe it and pay for it in the coin.
3. The shot is cut into pieces: each frame is split into small tiles sent to resting computers.
4. Resting computers light the pieces: each tile is drawn and checked, and the frame comes back together.
5. Everyone is paid, and the notebook remembers: the creator gets the film, each computer is paid for its tiles, and a shared record keeps who lit every frame.
